Our Managing Director, Mr. Pacifique Gakindi has a Diploma in Community Development qualification. He had extensive experience in working with the community with English as an Additional Language or Dialect (EALD), especially in supporting them in gaining local employment, experience, and confidence. Mr. Pacifique Gakindi has a passion to help qualified Educators to gain employment in Early Childhood industry and to provide high quality care and education for children and families from various backgrounds, where they can together embrace the diversity.
Our family day care educators and assistant educators were recruited based on their skills, knowledge, and qualities. To maintain the skills and knowledge of our educator, a comprehensive induction and ongoing professional development training will be provided regularly. Our Coordinator will also regularly conduct home visits to ensure their home is up to the standard and that children who are being cared for received the best possible education and care.
